Their fellowship has come to an end and we wish them all the best on their future adventures!
As sad as we are to see Tia and Jenn go, we are excited to introduce to you our 2nd class of Program Fellows! We have welcomed three hardworking individuals who will spend 13 months with our GlobalGiving team providing training and support to you, our nonprofit partners!
First, we have Sarah Taylor, a native Texan with a passion for nonprofit work. She received her B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University. While in college, she enjoyed organizing campaigns for women’s education. Sarah brings much excitement and knowledge to the Program Team and is >thrilled to help nonprofits create powerful fundraising campaigns that tell their stories and improve their communities!
Secondly, we would like to introduce Mike Smeltzer. He recently graduated with his Masters in Russian Studies from Harvard University and is now switching gears into the field of nonprofit work. Mike brings a new-found passion for nonprofit work to the team. As program fellow, he will provide support to our field travel program, as well as helping nonprofit partners develop key fundraising skills!
Ashlee Cox is the last addition to our Fellow Program Team. From an early age, Ashlee developed a passion for serving people through nonprofit work. Before joining GlobalGiving, Ashlee received her B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Political Science from Old Dominion University and spent time studying abroad at the University of Essex in England. Ashlee is looking forward to bringing new ideas to the team and improving the capabilities of nonprofit partners in fundraising and social impact.
